Our clients are leading Industrial Conglomerate having interest in diversified business viz Cements, Chemicals, Glass, Aluminium - Strips & Foils etc with multi billion USD turnover - We are looking for a Business Operations Head - Aluminium Strips & Foils to be based at Eastern India. - The incumbent should have 20+ years of experience with a leadership P&L and Operations of at least 5+ years. - Should have proven experience in Aluminium Foils and Strips industry - Technical / manufacturing background is must. Should understand the aluminium strips and foils making processes and machines very well. - Chartering strategic growth and expansion plans, building market and business, product development and optimization initiatives; budgeting and monitoring profitability, strategic positioning and People management skills - To manage and grow company's business - To grow profitability by focusing on developing customized solutions for the customers. - To formulate business plans and execute the same as per the laid down sales strategy, yearly budgets and ensure that these budgets are met. - Technical assistance to customers with focus on new product development & increasing business volumes. - You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, entrepreneurial drive and you are performance/result driven. - Strong Leadership skills - Open for relocation
