Role Dimensions:
- Visualise the Boards business plans and implement group-wide vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
- Drive expansion projects for multiple product verticals.
- Share the responsibility and work with Board to identify new business opportunities, alliances, and markets to strengthen competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology with degree in Business Administration or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 25+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 10 years in Business leadership roles managing multi-product or multi-company groups.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering financial performance.
- Strong exposure to domestic and global markets, export business, and international business practices.
- Expertise in business transformation, change management, and corporate governance.
