JOB Profile :

- Responsible for the overall Business Operation Strategy,Project Management, Business Development , strategic growth plan, liaison, programme management, revenue and financials.

- Architecture & Design , Development, Master & Urban Planning,

- Manage Funding and cash flow management and Investors relation.

- Manage a large team.

Candidate Profile :

- 25+ years experience preferably in Business Operation & Project services from Real Estate, Contracting and PMC companies. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

- Having strong exposure in Construction from Real Estate, Infrastructure, Contracting and PMC companies at National / Zonal and Global responsibilities, with professional companies and competitive environment.
