Role Overview :

The Head Business Finance will be responsible for owning India-level finance consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews. The role will partner closely with the CEO and CFO on growth, margin, cash flow, and governance initiatives while leading the finance team to drive business insights, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own India-level finance consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and performance review processes.

- Partner with the CEO and CFO on growth, margin, cash flow, and governance initiatives.

- Lead and manage the finance team.

- Drive business insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure reporting accuracy across financial processes.

- Support business planning and strategic planning initiatives.

- Oversee financial reporting, financial planning, and financial management activities.

- Develop and review reports and dashboards to monitor business and financial performance.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Experience in Business Finance and Commercial Finance.

- Experience in multi-brand, retail, consumer, or e-commerce environments preferred.

- Strong analytical capability.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Strong communication capability.

- High ownership mindset.
