Head - Business Excellence - TQM

Job Description:

- Responsible for driving TQM implementation and Deming philosophy in the organization.

- Support the identification and execution of process improvement projects and manage end to end cost optimization.

- Coach, facilitate and train people in the organization Structured Problem solving through PDCA approach, Lean /Six Sigma and providing facilitation of its effective implementation in the company.

- Continuously improve work processes by adopting world class practices and Benchmarking.

- Custodian of systems and procedures and standardization across business units.

- Engaging with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, Purchase, Marketing and Human Resources on a regular basis to ensure alignment and execution.

- Develop a system for reporting (TQM Dashboard) progress of TQM initiatives with outcome to management.

- Facilitate internal/ external assessment towards Deming / Business Excellence models and address the performance gaps with suitable actions.
