Graduation from any NSIT / BITS- CS / IT
Experience:
- 10 yrs years of leadership experience in Business Excellence, Transformation, Strategy, or Operational Leadership roles.
- 5-Years minimum experience in team handling roles and stakeholder Management
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs, process standardisation, and cost optimisation. Retail is a must-have
- Strong analytical expertise with an understanding of planning systems, dashboards, and productivity tools.
Job Summary:
To lead the transformation agenda of the organization by driving planning excellence, cost productivity, process adoption, and strategic execution. The role will partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver operational efficiency, build future-ready processes, and drive strategic initiatives, including new store opening readiness and business scalability.
Job Specification:
1. Organisational Transformation:
- Lead the overall transformation roadmap to strengthen organisational capability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Identify structural gaps, operational bottlenecks, and drive interventions for sustainable change.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across functions.
2. Planning & S&OP Leadership:
- Build a robust S&OP framework with medium- to long-term forecasting aligned to business growth.
- Ensure accurate demand planning and inventory management inputs for business decisions.
- Act as the single source of truth for all planning, forecasting, and data-led discussions.
3. Cost & Productivity Management:
- Own the enterprise-wide cost productivity agenda, including identification, evaluation, and execution of cost-saving initiatives.
- Drive IL2 - IL4 conversion to ensure savings are realised and visible in P&L.
- Develop long-range cost improvement plans and monitor progress through structured governance mechanisms.
4. Process Excellence & New Process Adoption:
- Design, streamline, and implement standardised processes across departments.
- Assess current practices and replace outdated mechanisms through evidence-led improvements.
- Ensure adoption of new systems, tools, and processes to enhance operational maturity.
5. Strategic Decision Support & Governance:
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence for leadership visibility.
- Drive governance forums for business reviews, transformation updates, and performance health checks.
- Challenge the status quo with data-backed insights to support faster and sharper decision-making.

1. Organisational Transformation:
- % Completion of Transformation Roadmap (vs annual plan)
- Adoption Rate of New Initiatives/Processes (measured through audits or usage dashboards)
- Improvement in Cross-Functional Efficiency Metrics (e.g., TAT reduction, process adherence, governance maturity scores)
2. Planning & S&OP:
- Forecast Accuracy (monthly / quarterly)
- Demand Variance Reduction % (vs previous year baseline)
- S&OP Cycle Adherence (timeliness and quality of inputs across teams)
Inventory Health Metrics:
- Weeks of cover
- Aged inventory %
- Fill rate improvements
3. Process Excellence & Governance:
- # of Processes Standardised & Rolled Out across functions
- Process Compliance Score (via periodic audits)
- Reduction in Process Deviations / Escalations
- Time-to-Implement New Processes (speed & quality of adoption)
- Governance Cadence Completion % (reviews held as per schedule, action closure rates)
4. Business Insights & Decision Support:
- Quality & Timeliness of Dashboards/Reports

Cost & Productivity Management:
- Total Cost Saving Identified (IL2) - annual pipeline size created
- Cost Saving Realised (IL4) - impact delivered to P&L

- Productivity Improvement % (store, supply chain, HO teams - based on defined baselines)
- Cost/Store Reduction for retail network
