Head of Enterprise Business Applications & Digital Solutions

1. Lead Digital & Enterprise Transformation

- Drive end-to-end transformation across Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, and Admin by leading the Enterprise Business Applications and Digital Solutions function, including App Modernization, DevOps, and advanced technology adoption.

2. Strategic IT Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

- Oversee IT strategy, planning, operations, and execution, working closely with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CFO, CEO, etc.) to deliver technology-driven business outcomes, process automation, and outsourcing initiatives.

3. Technology Modernization & User-Centric Innovation

- Manage modernization of enterprise applications using cloud, HANA, MS Dynamics, analytics, mobile, and social platforms, with a focus on user experience and human-centric design. Strengthen SAP CoE including RISE, HANA, Fiori, and UI/UX.

4. Governance, Security & Operational Excellence

- Ensure SLA adherence, application uptime, ITGC audit compliance, enterprise application security, and robust BCDR (Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery) across the landscape.

5. Change Management, Integration & Talent Strategy

- Execute change requests (CRs), integrate acquired entities into the enterprise systems, optimize resource allocation, and reduce attrition by implementing effective people practices and onboarding strategies.
