Job Description - The head of Business Development will lead all SDR / BDR initiatives for the client across geographies. The leader will work with Sales and Marketing leaders, to develop a joint strategy for market penetration and outbound success.

Our client is a Series C SAAS organisation, backed my marquee investors looking at global expansion. Being one of the market leaders in the vertical, we are looking at at a seasoned Business Development leader to aid our global expansion plans.

Description

- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Lead the SDR / BDR initiatives, with strong focus on Outbound motion.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.

- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for maximum ROI.

- Manage and execute email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing campaigns.

- Identify and target key customer segments to drive engagement and conversion.

- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

Profile: A successful Leader of Business Development, should have:

- A strong educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in running tiered SDR / BDR teams

- Proven background in running outbound motions

- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and presentation skill
