Work Schedule: 5 days working (Fixed Saturday and Sunday off)



Job Overview:



We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Head - East to lead and expand our HR services portfolio, including Permanent Recruitment, Staffing, HR Compliance, and Corporate Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading business growth in the eastern region by developing new client accounts and strengthening existing relationships.


A professional with an established client network and a proven track record in delivering revenue growth will be highly valued for this role.


You will lead business operations, ensure seamless execution of recruitment and HR solutions, and play a key role in enabling our team to achieve operational and financial success.



Key Responsibilities:



Business Development & Client Acquisition:



- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base in the eastern region.



- Leverage existing networks to build relationships with companies across industries, enabling quick business growth.



- Identify and secure new opportunities for recruitment, staffing, HR compliance, and training services.



- Drive business penetration into untapped markets.



Revenue Generation & Business Growth:



- Take complete ownership of revenue generation and business performance for the eastern region.



- Ensure long-term business sustainability through a balanced approach to new client acquisition and relationship management.



- Collaborate with internal teams to customize service delivery based on client needs and ensure timely delivery.



Team Leadership & Collaboration:



- Provide mentorship and guidance to the recruitment and business development teams.



- Drive the team to achieve recruitment targets by securing high-quality talent for client requirements.



- Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and motivation.



Client Relationship Management:



- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high service standards and proactive communication.



- Act as the escalation point for any client issues and resolve them promptly.



- Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with client expectations and industry standards.



Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:



- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.



- Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sustainable market expansion in the region.



- Represent the company at industry events and actively seek out business partnerships.



Operational Excellence & Compliance:



- Work with teams to streamline operations and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.



- Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.



Travel & Networking:



- Be flexible to travel for client meetings, business events, and market visits to drive business growth.



Desired Candidate Profile:



Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in HR services, including Permanent Recruitment, Staffing, HR Compliance, and Corporate Training.



Client Network: A well-established network of companies, with access to decision-makers and hiring authorities, is highly desirable.



Qualification: MBA in Marketing or a relevant field.



Skills:



- Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation and client retention.



- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.



- Ability to drive teams to achieve targets through mentorship and motivation.
