Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead market planning and identify growth potentials using modern planning tools, analytics, and demographic insights
- Evaluate franchisee business models, market dynamics, and competition to determine optimal pace and format of growth.
- Coordinate and work with global teams to bring to life brand strategies, best practices and processes as well as share best practices
- Define and execute omni-channel asset strategies for growth.
- Keep self continuously aware of market trends, competition status and industry knowledge to leverage the same through analysis, correlations to add value to brand and fzee to achieve objectives.
- Evaluate & Identify sales potential for existing and new trade areas.
- Manage partner relationships across BMU with regards to market planning, real estate and development teams and drive KPIs & brand objectives.
- Cross functional coordination and partnerships to achieve results & objectives. Will work closely with finance, strategy, legal, controls, operations and sister brand teams.
- Ensure audit compliances to processes defined.
- Drive strategic analytics on brand positioning, site success, real estate strategy, network optimization, and investment returns.
- Provide governance on end-to-end asset lifecycle including relocations, asset management and market exit strategies.
- Strengthen franchisee relations across market planning, real estate, and development teams.
- Assess and optimize franchisee development team structures via benchmarking.
- Deploy global and regional best practices to support consistent development performance
