Position Overview :
- We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the digital transformation / embedded / application software services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology services sales to customers like Google / Microsoft / Cisco in the areas of digital transformation / embedded / application software.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in embedded software, digital transformation and application development services.
- Engage with CXOs, product heads, and engineering teams at client organizations to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demos to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and engineering teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
- Drive sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales engagement.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, technologies and competitor landscape.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5 to 15 years of proven experience in business development with existing strong network with decision makers at companies like Google / Microsoft / Cisco.
- Should be well versed with Staff augmentation / T&M, Turnkey / FPP and ODC models of engagements and should have proven record of closing deals.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation / embedded / application software services.
- Strong track record of growing business at companies like Google / Microsoft / Cisco.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and take ownership of sales process.
