QUALIFICATIONS: Postgraduate / Degree in Engineering / Architecture/ Management
EXPERIENCE:
- 12-15+ Years in Business Development and Land Acquisition on outright/joint development basis preferably with a large-scale real estate developer/ real estate funds/ financial institution/ IPCs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experienced in Real Estate matters pertaining to business development, Land Acquisition, Legal and Technical due diligence, stakeholder management, market research and analysis etc. Should be able to lead a team and lead the Business Development & Land Acquisition Initiatives (Residential and Commercial).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source deals related to land acquisition and distressed properties in residential, commercial, hospitality and mall verticals across pan India basis through network of brokers, IPCs, RPs, PMCs, Financial Institutions, and other sources, to meet business requirements.
- Understand the development control regulations and policies affecting development of deal sourced and its impact on the feasibility of the deals.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of the deal sourced to determine whether or not they meet the businesses' goals and objectives by taking inputs from respective business teams on location advantages, buildability norms/restrictions, understanding on the title etc.
- Prepare a detailed technical and financial feasibility of shortlisted deals by businesses, through cross functional coordination and onboarding of teams like sales, architecture, liaison, engineering, legal etc.
- Interact with landowners/ counterparties for commercial negotiations and closure of deals.
- Coordinate with legal teams and counter party to finalize the legal documentation required for deal closure.
