Job Title: Head - Infrastructure Business Development & EPC

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting To: MD

Job Summary:

The Head of Infrastructure Industries will be responsible for getting Healthtech Client Solutions implemented in infrastructure projects. This has been implemented in more than 40 infrastructure projects including Airports, Bridges, Metro rail, Tunnels, etc.. This role requires technical understanding of the nature of these works, the ability to connect with decision makers of such projects/ companies and ability to get business andbusiness and coordinate implementation .

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure projects aligned with company objectives.

- Oversee project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new infrastructure projections

- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in working in senior management levels in Infrastructure cos like( L&T, Gammon, LANCO) or selling to infrastructure developers, project management.

- Strong knowledge of construction, engineering.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in project coordination and client coordination.
