Position : Head Business Development (Infrastructure)

Job Location : Hyderabad

Job Type : Permanent & Work From Office

Industry : Infrastructure / EPC / Construction / Power / Water / Roads

Experience : 15 to 20 years

Qualification : B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) Preferred. MBA would be plus.

Role :

- The role requires deep industry knowledge, government liaison capabilities, and strong leadership to scale business across regions and sectors.

- Develop the BD strategy aligned with companys long-term infrastructure growth plans.

- Identify new business opportunities across EPC, O&M, and turnkey infra projects.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Government, PSU, and Private Infrastructure projects.

- Establish early engagement with project promoters, consultants, and government agencies.

- Meet annual BD targets (order book, conversion ratio, revenue goals).

- Ensure timely submission of techno-commercial proposals.

- Ensure compliance with contract & tender requirements

- Lead and mentor the BD, tendering, and proposal teams

- Negotiate MoUs, NDAs, JVs, and project contracts with clients and partners

At least 1520+ years of BD experience in Infrastructure/EPC/Construction/Power Sectors is preferred.
