Hiring: Head - Business Development (Fabrication Business) Location: Noida Position Level: Director / Functional Head We are looking for a seasoned and strategic business leader to drive growth in the General Steel Fabrication vertical. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, acquiring key clients, and driving revenue in the infrastructure, EPC, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Devise and implement business development strategies to grow the fabrication business - Lead enterprise sales efforts across government, PSU, EPC, and private clients - Build strategic relationships and position the organization as a preferred partner - Coordinate closely with plant operations to ensure capacity planning and delivery efficiency - Hire, train, and lead a high-performance BD team - Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition to identify growth opportunities Candidate Profile: - 10+ years of experience in Sales / BD in fabrication / structural steel / EPC / infra sectors - Proven success in government tenders, PSU contracts, and B2B enterprise sales - Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes and value chain - Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills - Cross-functional collaboration experience with operations, procurement, and finance Preferred: - Pan-India BD exposure - Experience working with metro rail, highways, bridges, or similar infrastructure projects - Engineering background or technical inclination - Willing to travel extensively
