Business Development

- Responsible for driving vision, strategy & road map for the Energies productlines inline with Global strategy for assigned geography (India, Near India countires and Middle East).

- Create & establish solution oriented architecture for business development.

- Identify and adopt various methods to strategically build a strong brand positioning, relationship and penetration

- Provides strategic inputs to Energies GSBU team for organic and new market development across different geographies and different market segments

- Responsible for managing personal relationship with policy makers, top customers across geographies through regular visits (EPC, Developers, Moounting Systems Suppliers)

- Drive and actively engage with key stakeholders within the network in line with NCG ( Network Collaborative guidelines) ensuring global vision is articulated at local level effectively.

- Responsible for getting insights on competition, customers, technological trends and future government norms to develop business intelligence in order to maintain competitive edge by ARI and Energies GSBU

P&L Management

- Partner with other internal stakeholder local, Regional and Global & other collaborators to execute the vision and objectives of the organization i

- Responsible for the formulation and achievement of long term and mid term business plan and annual business budgets; to strengthen the organizations for short, mid & long term growth

- Actively engage with all key customers and support the collection team by intervening on a timely basis on over dues

- Responsible for maintenance & improvement of network standard margin.

New Product / Solution Deelopment

- Ensure Meeting Project Deliverables on or before time with the focussed approach on Quality, Cost & Schedule

- Responsible for generating new product ideas/innovative products

- Understanding the needs of customer & incorporating it in product design & development.

- Support competition product benchmarking analysis / Line Walk / Tier down

Leadership & Team Management

- Guide, mentor and empower the team to take on important responsibilities and actions

- Ensure regular performance reviews & feedback to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team

- Act as a brand ambassador at key events , customer network events and help drive Employer Branding as part the overall leadership team

- Responsible to build process in line with all compliance and certifications required for the company and ensure complaince in allprocess through training and regualr audits of process.
