Greetings!

We wanted to get in touch with an opportunity with rapidly growing CDMO organization for Head Business Development- Pharma CDMO (API, Specialty Chemical, Intermediates) based out in Maharashtra.

Job Purpose

Responsible for New Business Development - Contract Development & Manufacturing (CDMO) services with customers in developed countries (Western Europe / N & S America / Japan / Korea).

Key Responsibilities

- Annually Sales Quota as above

- Achieving Sales Volume & Revenue Goals by Business Development and Account management

- Diversification - including new products identification

- Leverage industry contacts and increase the organizations visibility & acceptance in the market

- Managing activities pertaining to preliminary negotiating deals (commercial) with the vendors/ suppliers/ global customers

- Partnerships and alliances with focus on long term revenue growth

- Maintain high level of compliance in accordance with the organizational standard and policies

- Consistent evaluation of market conditions & trends and monitor competitor's activity - products, pricing, marketing techniques.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's/ MSc. / PhD in Chemistry OR/With MBA degree is a preferred choice

- Demonstrated track record of sales in CMO/CDMO to the Pharma clients (NOT FORMULATION, NOT CLINICAL TRIALS)

- Minimum of 20 years' experience in Pharma CDMO
