About the Company: The company is a leading provider of corporate employee transportation solutions, offering safe, efficient, and technology-driven car transport services to enterprises across India. They help organisations streamline their employee commute programs through a reliable fleet network, customised mobility plans, and a commitment to service excellence.

Role Overview:

The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing large corporate clients who require employee transport solutions. This leadership role demands strong strategic planning, relationship management, and team-building capabilities to position the company as a preferred partner for corporate mobility services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy

- Develop and execute the companys B2B business development strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.

- Identify and secure new corporate accountsparticularly large enterprises, IT parks, BPOs, and manufacturing companies.

- Develop strategic partnerships with facility management companies, HR teams, and admin departments for long-term contracts.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends in corporate mobility.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Lead end-to-end client engagement: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

- Develop customised transport solutions and pricing models based on client requirements.

Team Leadership & Operations Alignment

- Collaborate with operations, fleet management, and technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

- Monitor client performance metrics and service levels to ensure contractual compliance.

Financials & Reporting

- Set and track business development KPIs (revenue, margins, conversion rates, client retention).

- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports to management.

- Oversee bid management and RFP/RFQ submissions for large corporate tenders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong network and understanding of corporate mobility and employee transport solutions.

- Proven ability to acquire and manage large B2B accounts.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen.

- Leadership and team management experience in a high-growth environment.

- Knowledge of fleet management systems, GPS-enabled transport solutions, or mobility tech platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate sales / B2B business development, with at least 5 years in the transport or mobility industry.
