Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a robust B2B sales strategy to drive revenue across FMCG, HoReCa, and healthcare sectors
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base nationally
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (procurement heads, supply chain leaders, category managers)
- Acquire and manage large enterprise clients and institutional accounts
Sales Leadership:

Market Intelligence & Positioning:
- Stay updated on sustainability trends, government regulations, and industry dynamics
- Position biodegradable solutions as cost-effective and eco-friendly alternatives
Partnerships & Alliances:
- Establish strategic tie-ups with distributors, channel partners, and large corporates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand
Revenue & Pipeline Management:
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation - negotiation - closure
- Drive large-volume deals and long-term contracts
