Head - Business Development & Client Support - FinTech

Summary : We are looking for a senior leader to head Business Development and Client Support, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth while delivering best-in-class client service. Requirements:

1. 15+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, or trading environments.

2. Strong background in business development, client support, or customer experience leadership.

3. Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-stakeholder environments.

4. Strong understanding of regulated business models and compliance requirements.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
