
Role Objective:
- To act as the CEO's right hand and execution engine, driving all strategic initiatives, business reviews, and cross-functional priorities - while building Brillare's central Business Analytics & Performance Management capability.
- This role is effectively the second-in-command to the CEO and is one of the most critical leadership positions in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Agenda & Strategic Execution
Own and drive:
- CEO-led strategic projects
- New growth initiatives
- Channel, product & cost programs
Track and ensure execution across:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Supply chain
- Finance
- Convert strategy into weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution plans
2. Business Performance & Reviews
Run the company's:
- Weekly business reviews
- Monthly performance meetings
- Quarterly operating plans
Build a single source of truth for:
- Revenue
- Profitability
- Channel performance
- Inventory & working capital
- Highlight risks, slippages, and opportunities to the CEO
3. Build & Lead the Analytics Engine
- Build Brillare's central analytics team
Own:
- Dashboards
- Reporting systems
- Performance scorecards
Ensure every leadership decision is:
- Data-backed
- ROI-driven
- Actionable
4. Cross-Functional Problem Solving
Act as the connector between:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Operations
- Finance
Drive resolution of:
- Bottlenecks
- Conflicts
- Execution gaps
5. Leadership Pipeline & CEO Support
Be deeply involved in:
- Goal setting
- Performance management
- Represent the CEO in internal forums when required

0-5 years in:
