POSITION : Head of Business and Cost Assurance
LOCATION : Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Candidates required from GCC industry background.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Business and Cost Assurance Leader is to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the organizations financial and operational processes. This role is responsible for providing independent oversight and assurance over business activities, cost management, and financial controls to mitigate risks, optimize resources, and support sustainable business growth. The leader will develop and implement robust assurance frameworks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders to uphold compliance, transparency, and accountability across all business teams / units
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Cost Assurance: Conduct PIR for cost assurance for roles/services setup or running in GCC. Track and report on savings due to cost arbitrage, offshoring , consolidation and process standardization. Review and monitor actual costs in scope. Highlight and recommend cost saving/avoidance opportunities.
- Service Assurance: Setup measurements and processes to enable collection, tracking and management of services as per contract/SOW. Setup and manage data collection for KPIs/ SLAs and regular reporting and drive actions for excelling/improving.
- Continuous Improvements: Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to business assurance processes and practices. Conduct time and motion studies, develop learning models (such FISH) on Process Flow, System Linkages, Finance flow, Cause & Effect KPI simulations.
- Drive Lean projects to drive operational efficiencies and improve compliance. Identify tactical automation opportunities and implement.
- Revenue Assurance: Identify and highlight revenue leakages in scope and recommend improvements.
- Internal Process Mechanism: Review internal process mechanism and recommend process improvement opportunities for business assurance
- Process Engineering: Design and implement continual process improvements utilizing In-house Tools, Process Automations. Drive Lean Projects to drive operational efficiencies and improved compliance.
- Reporting and compliance : Monitor and govern key reporting KPIs/ GCC scorecard. Identify opportunities to improve and drive Improvement plans.
