Job Description :

The Company is an established IT services company with a 12-year track record of consistent profitability and a current revenue of ~20 CR. We are entering an aggressive growth phase, with a strong focus on building capabilities in Agentic AI and expanding our footprint in the US and European markets.

The Role :

We are seeking a high-integrity, growth-focused Business Head to take the helm and scale the company to its next major milestone : crossing the $20 Million revenue mark in the next 12 years.

Location : Initial 12 months on-site in Kolkata (Calcutta) to understand the operations and team, followed by the flexibility to work completely remote.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business Scaling : Spearhead the companys growth strategy, primarily targeting international markets (US & Europe) to drive new business.

- Strategic Vision : Lead the shift towards cutting-edge technology services, heavily focusing on Agentic AI projects and implementations.

- Operations & Team Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, manage the existing team, and track employee KPIs to ensure high performance and delivery.

- Team Expansion : Identify talent gaps and grow the team to support scaling requirements.

- Client Relations : Manage travel and relationship-building with key international stakeholders and clients.

- Strong understanding of the global tech landscape, particularly the demand for AI solutions in Western markets.
