Head - Broking - US Market

- Define and execute the business strategy to scale the US Stock Broking vertical.

- Take end-to-end P&L ownership and deliver growth across acquisition, engagement and retention metrics.

- Take responsibility to spearhead the US Stock Broking business catering to investors

- Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Compliance teams to enhance the global investing experience.

- Drive customer acquisition through online, offline & other channels

- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, products, and partnerships to strengthen the platform offering.

- Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver operational excellence.

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory updates to refine strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
