Budget: Up to 80L

Experience: Minimum 15 years of exp. in the Stock Broking Industry. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or an MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a high-impact sales and distribution strategy to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.

- Define and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for the stock broking vertical.

- Oversee the end-to-end broking operations.

- Deep understanding of broking, trading operations, market trends, and regulatory landscapes.

- Proven expertise in P&L management, sales strategy, and business scaling.

- Strong working knowledge of SEBI, NSE, BSE, regulatory frameworks, and risk management policies.
