Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Broking/Equity/PCG team to drive performance and achieve business targets.
- Build a high-performing advisory and dealing desk team aligned with organizational goals.
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for client acquisition, retention, and expansion in the HNI/PCG segments.
- Drive cross-selling of investment products including MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, and Structured Products.
- Establish processes to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Advisory & Portfolio Management:
- Provide expert guidance on equity markets, market trends, and investment strategies.
- Oversee portfolio performance and ensure alignment with client objectives and risk profiles.
- Offer personalized and research-backed investment solutions for HNI clients.
Operations & Compliance:
- Monitor broking operations, ensure smooth trading processes, and uphold service excellence.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to maintain industry standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/PCG clients.
- Understand client goals and deliver tailored investment portfolios and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients across asset classes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Broking, Equity Advisory, PCG, or HNI Relationship Management.
- Strong expertise in equity markets, portfolio management, and trading operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated success in cross-selling Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, and Structured Products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong market awareness and decision-making ability.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial industry standards.
- Prior experience in an NBFC, Broking firm, or Wealth Management organization is highly preferred.
