Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Deliver revenue results through an aligned Product Development & Marketing strategy
- Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Brand Management & Growth:
- Build and strengthen brand identity, positioning, and narrative across markets.
- Oversee new product launches, category expansion, and go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels - retail, digital, ATL, BTL, PR.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Drive digital growth across performance marketing, SEO, CRM, marketplaces, and loyalty programs.
Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Build a strong insights function to understand consumer needs and emerging trends.
- Leverage research, data, and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
Retail & Channel Marketing:
- Develop integrated marketing plans for retail, distributor networks, and on-ground activations.
- Build strong BTL and regional programs to maximize reach, especially in semi-urban/rural markets.
Communication, PR & Corporate Reputation:
- Oversee brand communication, advertising, content, and storytelling.
- Manage PR, media relations, crisis communication, and corporate reputation.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, content, insights, and design.
- Develop agency and partner ecosystem - creative, digital, media, research, activation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Ensure marketing initiatives support business goals (SKU strategy, inventory, pricing, etc.)
