Description: Head - Branding and Communications
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Integrated Steel Plant)
Total Experience: 10 years (with at least 7 years in a leadership role)
Role Overview:
- The Head of Branding and Communications will lead the development and execution of brand strategy, corporate communications, and integrated marketing initiatives for the organization.
- This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in branding, reputation management, and marketing strategy, preferably with exposure to the manufacturing or building materials industry.
- The incumbent will be responsible for positioning the brand effectively in the market, driving internal and external communication, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Architecture
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy and architecture aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and platforms.
Integrated Marketing Communications
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital) to enhance brand visibility
and engagement.
- Oversee creative development and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.
Corporate Communications & Media Relations
- Manage corporate communications, media relations, and reputation management initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Drive content strategy for digital platforms, including website, social media, and blogs.
- Monitor and optimize digital performance metrics to enhance engagement and reach.
Internal Branding & Employee Communication
- Lead internal branding initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Develop communication programs to keep employees informed and motivated.
Technical Expertise Required:
- Brand strategy and architecture development.
- Integrated marketing communications (ATL, BTL, digital).
- Corporate communications and reputation management.
- Content and digital marketing, including website and social media management.
- Internal branding and employee communication initiatives.
