About the Role :

We are partnering with a leading, well-established consumer/QSR brand with a strong national footprint, currently embarking on a phase of brand rejuvenation and growth. The organization is looking to appoint a Head of Brand Marketing who will own the brand narrative, PR, communication, and integrated marketing strategy across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Communication Strategy:

- Own and drive the overall brand marketing strategy, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.

- Lead brand positioning, storytelling, tone of voice, and long-term brand architecture.

- Champion brand rejuvenation initiatives aligned with evolving consumer expectations.

PR & Corporate Communications:

- Lead PR strategy, media relations, and reputation management.

- Act as the key point of contact for external communication agencies, media houses, and stakeholders.

Integrated Marketing & Campaigns:

- Conceptualize and execute integrated 360- campaigns across digital, social, offline, and in-store channels.

- Partner with business and category teams to drive brand-led growth initiatives.

- Oversee content strategy, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing brand marketing and communications team.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including leadership, operations, digital, and agencies.

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure high ROI on brand spends.

Candidate Profile:

- 5-13 years of experience in brand marketing, PR, communications, preferably within QSR, FMCG, consumer brands, retail, or hospitality or D2C

- Strong expertise in brand strategy, media relations, and integrated marketing communications.

- Proven track record of building and scaling iconic consumer brands.

- Experience working with large creative, media, and PR agencies.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
