Role overview
We are looking for a strategic, insight led, execution strong Head of Marketing to build and scale our brand meaningfully across platforms. This role is responsible for owning brand strategy, communication, NPD GTM, influencer marketing, creative output, creatives for offline touch points and platform performance. The role is brand building with a commercial component. You will lead top funnel storytelling while owning AOP numbers, marketing budgets and beauty marketplace P&Ls.
Brand strategy & communication architecture
- Define, shape, and protect the brands core identity across all creatives, channels and brand touch points.
New product launches
- You will lead the GTM for every launchfrom idea to executionensuring the brand shows up with impact and in a consistent manner.
- Work with product and R&D on the NPD roadmap
- Lead GTM strategy: naming, claims, positioning, hero story
- Develop creative mood boards, model & shoot briefs, and guide shoot direction
- Ensure all assets are delivered on timeshoots, edits, platform content
- Coordinate influencer outreach, ads, seeding, and gifting
- Ensure consistency across marketplace creatives, A+ content, merch
- 100% on-time launch delivery
- 90%+ post-launch asset readiness at go-live
- Minimum 1 high-engagement hero content per launch reusable across all platforms Influencer marketing & community building.
- Oversee influencer team for daily execution
- Build monthly influencer calendar: paid, seeded, collabs, affiliates
- Build trusted influencer network with deliverables and rewards system
- Develop briefing templates that align creator voice with brand tone
- Plan and track campaigns across mega to nano creators
- Build standout seeding and gifting moments for NPD
- Ensure influencer output feeds into content, CRM, and ads
- Monitor ROI, conversion, and earned media value per campaign
- Keep pulse on creator trends, viral formats, and cultural moments
- Deliver CPV, engagement and ROI goals for the org
- Build a strong community of offline beauticians , engage with them to create a value added program that makes them advocates for the brand Campaigns, Events & OOH
You will lead all top-funnel momentsfrom digital campaigns to offline eventsensuring the brand shows up consistently and impactfully.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, seasonal or for NPD launches or for cyclic refreshes
Marketplace growth
- You will own Marketplace platform performance
- Own topline and P&L for the channels
- Guide the KAM on platform strategy, promotions, and GTM
- Align on marketplace-specific content, pricing, and visibility
- Use platform insights to iterate merchandising and messaging
Education: MBA from a reputed university
