We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to build and fast scaling a brand from zero to one. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who has created brands from scratch across consumer tech and/or fintech, with strong exposure to offline and on-ground brand building in addition to digital.
You will own the end-to-end brand journey - from defining the brand DNA to executing integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Identity:
- Define brand positioning, purpose, tone of voice, and visual identity from scratch
- Build a distinctive, trust-led brand in a competitive consumer market
- Create scalable brand frameworks and guidelines
0 - 1 Brand Building:
- Take the brand from idea to launch to scale
- Institutionalize brand thinking across the organization
- Ensure consistency across digital, offline, product, and customer touchpoints
Integrated Marketing (Online + Offline):
- Plan and execute 360- brand campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, PR, and offline channels
- Drive strong on-ground visibility through activations, OOH, retail/merchant branding, events, and experiential marketing
- Balance brand storytelling with performance and growth goals
Consumer Tech / Fintech Storytelling:
- Build credibility and trust-led narratives essential for consumer tech and fintech brands
- Translate complex products into simple, consumer-friendly stories
- Own messaging for new launches, features, and categories
Consumer Insights & Creative Excellence:
- Deeply understand user behavior, motivations, and cultural cues
- Lead creative strategy across content, films, social, and offline assets
- Build emotional connection and brand recall
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Ops, and Founders
- Partner with agencies, creators, media, and offline vendors
- Build and scale a high-performing brand team over time
What We're Looking For:
- 10 to 16 of experience in brand marketing
- Proven 0 - 1 brand-building experience
- Strong background in consumer tech and/or fintech
- Hands-on experience with offline brand marketing (OOH, activations, on-ground campaigns)
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
- Strong creative judgment with data-driven decision-making
- Builder mindset - equally comfortable with strategy and execution
Nice to Have:
- Experience in marketplace, mobility, payments, lending, or consumer internet brands
- Exposure to trust, compliance-heavy, or regulated categories
- Strong agency and creator ecosystem network
