The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established digital platform that has built strong credibility within a B2B ecosystem and is now entering an ambitious phase of B2C expansion. As the organization evolves into a dual B2BB2C brand, it is seeking a seasoned Head of Brand Marketing to lead brand transformation, consumer adoption, and market expansion at scale.

This role will be central to shaping a consumer-first brand narrative while supporting rapid store-led and city-wise growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the brand transition from B2B to B2C, creating a distinct yet coherent brand architecture across audiences

- Define and execute brand strategies to support new store launches and city expansion, ensuring strong local relevance and national consistency

- Develop and deliver integrated brand campaigns across ATL, digital, social, OOH, and on-ground activations

- Partner closely with growth, category, supply, and business teams to support market entry, store visibility, and customer acquisition

- Build compelling consumer storytelling that drives awareness, trust, and adoption in new and existing markets

- Leverage consumer insights, city-level data, and brand health metrics to inform expansion and localization strategies

- Manage relationships with creative, media, and activation agencies, ensuring speed, quality, and effectiveness

- Own brand budgets, campaign ROI, and governance across national and regional initiatives

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand marketing team

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10 to 15+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within consumer internet, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG

- Prior experience supporting store rollouts, city launches, or regional market expansion in a consumer-facing business

- Demonstrated success in scaling B2C brands, ideally from a B2B or performance-led foundation

- Strong understanding of Indian consumer behaviour, mass-market brand building, and regional nuances

- Proven experience working with ATL, OOH, on-ground activations, and localised campaigns

- Strategic, hands-on leader with strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills
