One of our growing D2C client is on a lookout to hire Brand Marketing Lead to scale their 1-10 journey. This role is not just about execution, it's about vision, anticipation, and leadership where you will work closely with the founders, owning strategic marketing decisions, driving brand positioning, and building a team with the hunger to grow with a booming sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy & brand building aligned with business growth, positioning as a category leader in plant protein and wellness.
- Drive brand storytelling & collaborations with creators, influencers, and thought leaders to amplify awareness and category reach.
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels, balancing creativity with commercial impact.
- Explore new growth opportunities (podcasts, summits, events) while ensuring consistent brand experience.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, acting as a strategic partner to founders and supporting P&L management.
- Ensure agile execution & ROI-driven marketing, managing budgets effectively for maximum impact.
What are we looking for?
- 8-12 years' experience in brand/marketing leadership, preferably in D2C or consumer brands.
- Expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, content, influencer, and experiential marketing, with ability to drive both strategy and execution.
- Startup mindset which thrives in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.
- Strong leadership and capable of rallying teams around bold brand goals.
- Open, collaborative, passionate, and hands-on while shaping the bigger picture.
