We are hiring for Head of Brand Management for a leading MNC, please find below the roles and responsibilities:

Role: Brand Manager

Grade: DGM

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3-5 Years

Function: Marketing / Brand Management

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, product propositions, and integrated marketing campaigns. The role will focus on building strong brand visibility, driving impactful go-to-market strategies, and delivering engaging brand experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Campaign Management

- Develop and execute brand strategy and communication plans aligned with business objectives.

- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product propositions and campaigns.

- Translate consumer insights into strong brand propositions and impactful marketing campaigns.

Integrated Marketing & Communication

- Drive brand communication across multiple platforms including digital, social media, app, retail, outdoor, radio, print, and TV.

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints.

- Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to develop and implement marketing initiatives.

Consumer Insights & Market Research

- Conduct consumer research and market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

- Use insights to build customer-centric propositions and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with product, growth, digital, design, and sales teams to execute marketing strategies effectively.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Digital Marketing Execution

- Plan and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including push notifications, SMS, email, WhatsApp, and performance marketing platforms.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI.

Candidate Profile:

- 3- years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing roles.

- Strong experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and campaign management.

- Exposure to digital marketing and multi-channel brand communication.

- Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills.

- Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in telecom, consumer technology, digital platforms, or consumer-facing brands will be an advantage.

- MBA in Marketing or related discipline preferred.
