Job Title: Head Brand & Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Industry Preference: Consumer Durables, Telecom, FMCG, or other high-engagement B2C sectors


About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Brand Head to lead the overall brand and marketing strategy for one of Indias leading financial institutions. The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening the brands positioning, driving awareness, and ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. The role calls for a strategic, creative, and data-driven leader who can translate business goals into compelling marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop and execute an integrated brand strategy aligned with the organizations long-term business objectives.


- Lead brand communication, creative development, and campaign execution across digital, print, and on-ground channels.


- Strengthen brand recall and preference through impactful storytelling and customer-centric messaging.


- Manage end-to-end media planning and buying, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing spends.


- Collaborate closely with business, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand narrative.


- Drive brand partnerships, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement.


- Oversee market research and consumer insights to guide brand and communication strategy.


- Lead the internal creative and marketing team as well as external agencies (advertising, PR, digital).


- Monitor and report brand health metrics, ensuring measurable impact of campaigns.


Key Requirements


- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Communication from a reputed institute.


- 15 to 18 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or consumer marketing.


- Proven success in building and scaling brands in consumer-driven industries (Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Retail).


- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communication and digital media landscape.


- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and agency management skills.


- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong execution capabilities.
