Job Title: Head Brand Location: Mumbai Reports to: Head of Marketing Role Overview The Head Brand will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall brand and communication strategy to build, strengthen, and position the brand effectively across multiple channels. This role demands a dynamic leader who can align brand messaging with business objectives, manage cross-functional initiatives, and enhance organizational visibility and reputation. The incumbent will lead efforts in brand management, corporate communications, public relations, and marketing communications, ensuring brand consistency and stakeholder engagement at all levels. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Management - Develop and implement an integrated brand strategy aligned with the organizations mission, vision, and values. - Define and maintain the brand architecture, visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging framework. - Ensure consistent brand presence across all consumer touchpoints including digital, print, events, and internal communication channels. - Monitor brand performance and consumer perception using qualitative and quantitative metrics. Corporate Communications - Lead the development and delivery of internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, executive communications, and crisis communication. - Build and maintain strong media relations, acting as the spokesperson when required. - Proactively manage the organizations reputation and provide leadership during communication crises. Marketing Communications - Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches, partnerships, and business priorities. - Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to align campaign goals and messaging. - Oversee the creation of engaging content for web, social media, digital campaigns, blogs, and other platforms to build brand affinity and engagement. Leadership & Team Management - Lead, inspire, and manage a team of brand, PR, and communications professionals. - Foster collaboration and skill development across the team. - Manage external agencies, partners, and creative vendors to deliver high-quality outputs. - Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate closely with senior leadership and internal teams to ensure branding initiatives support business growth and organizational priorities. - Engage with external stakeholders including customers, partners, media, and investors to build long-term relationships and enhance brand credibility. Required Qualifications & Skills - MBA/PGDBM in Marketing from a premier B-School. - 810 years of progressive experience in brand management, corporate communications, and marketing leadership roles. - Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media strategy, campaign analytics, and content development. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strategic thinker with exceptional project management, execution, and analytical capabilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
