Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement a compelling brand narrative that aligns with Jupiter's mission and business objectives.
- Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Leverage data and insights to understand user behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning to refine our brand strategy.
- Storytelling & Communication: Craft impactful campaigns and narratives that resonate with users across various channels - digital, offline, and experiential.
- Creative & Content Leadership: Work closely with internal design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality, engaging, and innovative brand assets.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touch points - advertising, social media, influencer collaborations, PR, and community engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth, product, and business teams to ensure a seamless brand experience across customer touch points.
Performance Marketing:
- Performance & Brand Equity Measurement: Define key brand KPIs and track their performance through brand recall, awareness, and sentiment analysis.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including search engines, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, optimize conversion funnels, and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Budget Allocation: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10 -15 years of overall experience with 5 yrs of experience in brand marketing, preferably in fin-tech, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong expertise in brand storytelling, positioning, and creative strategy.
- Experience in leading high-impact, multi-channel brand campaigns with a data-driven approach.
- Deep understanding of digital-first branding and social media trends.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Passion for building brands that emotionally connect with users.
