Role Mandate:
This role is about building the brand from scratch (01) and scaling it (110) through content-led growth. You will work directly with the founder/CEO to define the brand narrative, positioning, and distribution strategy, with a strong focus on organic channels and audience building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the brand strategy, positioning, and narrative from the ground up
- Drive content-led brand building across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Scale organic reach, engagement, and follower base across channels
- Create and execute a content engine (short-form, long-form, creator collaborations)
- Translate brand into consistent storytelling across all touchpoints
- Work closely with product and growth teams to align brand user acquisition retention
- Build and manage lean content and creative teams/agencies
- Continuously experiment with formats, creators, and distribution to drive virality and recall
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7-14 years of experience in brand, content, or growth roles
- Proven experience in building brands from 01 and scaling to 110
- Strong hands-on experience in content creation and distribution
- Demonstrated success in scaling social media presence (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Experience working directly with founders/CEOs in high-growth environments
- Background in consumer internet, EdTech, media, or content-led businesses
- Strong storytelling ability with a deep understanding of what drives engagement and virality
- Highly execution-oriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced setups
