The Opportunity:
This is a leadership role where you will own the brand narrative end-to-end from strategy to execution across digital, ATL/BTL, performance marketing, and content ecosystems.
You will work closely with the leadership team to build brand salience, trust, and scale in a high-involvement financial category.
What Youll Own:
- Define and drive the overall brand strategy & annual marketing roadmap
- Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging & visual identity
- Lead content strategy across social, campaigns, product communication & internal branding
- Partner with leadership to strengthen share of voice & market positioning
- Manage in-house teams, creative & media agencies for high-impact execution
- Oversee campaign rollouts across TV, digital, OOH & performance channels
- Track brand & content KPIs; run post-campaign analysis and optimization loops
- Own marketing budgets, vendor performance & ROI
- Conduct consumer insights, competition analysis & brand tracking
What Were Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in Brand / Content / Marketing Strategy
- Background in BFSI, fintech, consumer tech, or high-involvement categories preferred
- MBA in Marketing or relevant specialization
- Strong storytelling ability backed by data-driven decision making
- Hands-on experience across the full marketing funnel
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, consumer journeys & product launches
