A leading law firm is looking for CREATIVE, passionate and ambitious professional to scale their brand and communication from zero to one. Postgraduate from a reputed institution; background in marketing, liberal arts, communications, business, or related fields. Experience of 5-8 years of experience in branding, communications, PR, or digital content. Ideally in B2B or professional services. MUST HAVE experience in scaling brands 0-1.
Core Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Visibility:
- Develop and execute a clear, compelling brand strategy that reflects the values of the org.
- Build visibility across key business communities, sectoral ecosystems, and media.
- Translate the firm's legacy and modern identity into consistent and meaningful brand expressions.
Communications & Content Leadership:
- Drive a strong content and communications calendar- including sectoral insights, partner interviews, and digital storytelling.
- Work with internal stakeholders to co-create thought leadership
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across platforms, proposals, and external touchpoints.
Digital & Social Media:
- Own the firm's LinkedIn and digital presence. Design high-quality posts, campaigns, videos, and engagement strategies.
- Leverage content from key sectors to generate interest and thought leadership.
- Use analytics to measure performance, refine digital voice, and support lead generation.
Client Experience & Reputation:
- Build tools like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other feedback systems to understand perception.
- Design initiatives that enhance the end-to-end client experience. From first impression to ongoing engagement.
- Use insights to shape communications that improve satisfaction and trust.
Internal Brand Alignment:
- Collaborate with HR, partners, and business teams to ensure brand values are reflected in the firm's culture and communication style.
- Enable internal teams to act as brand ambassadors through campaigns, events, and storytelling.
Strategic Projects & Thought Leadership:
- Plan and execute high-impact initiatives like roundtables, speaker engagements, alumni programs, and branded events.
