Position: Head of BPO Sales

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 14+ years

Domain Expertise: Travel, Transport, Logistics, Hospitality (TTLH) & Telecom

Reporting To: CEO

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Head of BPO Sales with extensive experience in driving new business acquisition, solution-based selling, and large-scale deal closures within the TTLH and Telecom domains. The ideal candidate should come with a strong hunting and client acquisition background, a proven ability to build high-value BPO partnerships, and a deep understanding of global outsourcing dynamics.

This is a strategic leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for spearheading sales growth, expanding market presence, and driving the overall BPO business strategy.


Key Responsibilities


- Lead end-to-end BPO sales cycles including lead generation, client acquisition, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.


- Drive hunting-led sales strategy to expand organization's footprint in the TTLH and Telecom BPO markets.

- Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth through large and strategic deals.

- Build solution-driven proposals by collaborating with delivery, operations, and product teams to align offerings with client objectives.

- Manage and grow strategic CXO-level relationships, positioning

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to penetrate new geographies and service lines.

- Forecast sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent pipeline growth.

- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, partnership models, and expansion initiatives.

- Mentor and guide sales teams to foster a culture of high performance and client excellence.


Key Requirements

- Minimum 14 years of experience in BPO/Outsourcing sales, with a strong focus on TTLH and Telecom domains.

- Proven hunting and client acquisition expertise demonstrated success in winning new logos and large-scale outsourcing deals.

- Strong exposure to solution-based and consultative selling in global BPO environments.

- Deep understanding of TTLH and Telecom business processes, customer needs, and market trends.

- Experience in CXO-level engagement, negotiations, and long-term relationship management.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth, build strategy, and lead teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
