About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven enterprise sales leader to manage key banking and NBFC relationships and drive growth through data, analytics, and tech-led solutions. This is a high-impact leadership position at the intersection of data innovation and BFSI transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales strategy, pipeline, and P&L for BFSI enterprise clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and deepen CXO-level relationships across Retail, Lending, and Risk functions.
- Partner with delivery and analytics teams to ensure solution alignment and client success.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and drive account expansion.
Mandatory Sector Experience
- Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Banking / NBFC / Insurance - enterprise account management or solution sales.
- FinTech / BFSI SaaS - sales of KYC, Lending, Risk, Fraud, or Analytics platforms.
- Enterprise SaaS / Analytics focused on BFSI clients.
- Consulting or tech-led BFSI transformations (Data, Cloud, or Digital).
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate Degree: BE/B.Tech/BBA (Mandatory)
- Postgraduate Degree: MBA preferred (Sales, Marketing, Strategy)
- Tools & Skills: CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho), Excel/Analytics dashboards, SaaS metrics knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Age: Up to 45 years
Experience: 12-18 years in enterprise BFSI sales.
Track Record: Proven success in consultative/solution-based selling.
Network: Strong CXO connects in Banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs.
Work Environment: Exposure to start-up or mid-scale organizations with agile execution.
Soft Skills: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management"
