Head - Banking Relationship & Project Finance

PSU Bank Relationship Management :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with PSU Banks and financial institutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all banking interactions including sanctions, renewals, and compliance.

- Manage consortium and multiple banking arrangements effectively.

- Liaise with senior bank officials (MD / DMD / CGM / GM levels) for approvals, negotiations, and issue resolution.

Project Finance & Fund Raising :

- Lead end-to-end project financing including term loans, working capital, and structured finance.

- Execute debt syndication with PSU Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

- Prepare financial models, project reports, and credit proposals for lenders.

- Drive fundraising initiatives for large infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.

- Negotiate optimal debt structures, interest rates, covenants, and credit facilities with banks and financial institutions, with a strong focus on PSU banks esp SBI.

- Leadership & Team Management : Mentor, and develop the dedicated banking relationship teams.

Key Functional Skills:

- Strong experience in strategic fundraising (debt and equity) for CapEx, expansion, and growth.

- Deep expertise in banking relationship management and institutional financing frameworks.

- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Strong focus on profitability enhancement and cost optimization initiatives.
