Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive the development and delivery of innovative applications and digital solutions for government (B2G) clients. The role involves strategic oversight of product design, end-to-end solution development, and deployment, ensuring that applications meet client needs, regulatory standards, and impact goals.

Key Responsibilities:

B2G Application Strategy & Delivery

- Lead the development of digital applications and platforms tailored for government clients, enabling digital transformation, skill-building, and citizen engagement.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of solution delivery- from requirement gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

- Collaborate with B2G account teams to align application capabilities with client objectives, policies, and digital governance frameworks.

- Ensure that all applications are scalable, secure, and compliant with government standards and regulations.

Innovation & Technology Leadership:

- Define the technology roadmap for government-focused solutions, incorporating AI, analytics, cloud, and emerging technologies.

- Drive innovation in learning and governance applications, focusing on usability, impact, and adoption.

- Lead evaluation and implementation of new tools, frameworks, and platforms to enhance solution delivery and client outcomes.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of software developers, solution architects, product managers, and UX/UI designers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams- including business development, solution consulting, and operations in order to ensure integrated, client-centric solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to B2G clients, demonstrating how technology can solve complex public sector challenges.

B2G Client Engagement & Impact:

- Act as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders on digital adoption, application design, and implementation strategies.

- Support B2G client farming initiatives by showcasing innovative solutions, creating proof-of-concepts, and ensuring measurable client impact.

- Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve solutions and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in IT solution delivery, application development, or digital transformation, with exposure to government/public sector clients.

- Proven track record of leading application development and digital solution teams for large-scale government programs.

- Strong knowledge of B2G digital procurement, governance, and compliance requirements.

- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, analytics, and mobile/web application frameworks.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with experience engaging senior government officials.
