Products need to be : Any finished food product / QSR product / Retail food product
Profile Overview : This role is for someone who can grow the business, manage operations smoothly, build systems, handle big clients, and lead teams effectively
Job Responsibilities :
- Grow the business: Find new ways to increase B2B sales and revenue (from 12 Cr to 22 Cr+).
- Manage operations end-to-end: Ensure smooth order processing from production to delivery.
- Build systems & technology: Set up tools like CRM and tracking systems to manage sales and orders efficiently.
- Handle key clients: Build strong relationships with big customers and close high-value deals.
- Work on products: Help decide pricing, hampers, and gifting products to increase profits.
- Create processes: Develop clear systems and SOPs so work runs smoothly without depending on individuals.
