Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing B2B cybersecurity sales and driving regional growth. The role involves expanding market presence, acquiring new enterprise customers, and building strategic relationships with senior technology leaders, including CISOs, CIOs, and Information Security executives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise technology sales, cybersecurity solutions, or SaaS platforms, along with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive cybersecurity solution sales across the assigned region (Delhi / Chennai).

- Lead business expansion and new customer acquisition within enterprise and mid-market segments.

- Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision makers such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT security leadership.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closure.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

- Conduct customer engagements, presentations, and solution demonstrations to enterprise clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

- Maintain strong sales pipeline management and forecasting.

- Represent the company in industry events, networking forums, and cybersecurity conferences.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate or MBA with 5-10 years of experience in B2B technology sales.

- Strong background in cybersecurity solutions, SaaS platforms, or enterprise IT sales.

- Proven ability to close large enterprise deals and meet revenue targets.

- Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior IT/security stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as cloud security, network security, identity security, or risk & compliance.

- Existing network with CISOs/CIOs and enterprise technology leaders.

- Experience in regional sales management or territory ownership.
