Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Tie Ups & Business Development:
- Identify and onboard B2B clients (industries, corporates, institutions) for solar energy solutions.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, large enterprises, and financial institutions.
- Structure and negotiate high value contracts to meet client energy requirements.
Market Expansion & Brand Presence:
- Strengthen the companys presence in domestic and international markets through strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Drive lead generation through online (digital marketing, LinkedIn, webinars) and offline (roadshows, direct sales) channels.
- Oversee branding, content marketing, and PR efforts to position the company as a thought leader.
- Leverage platforms like Steel Mint and other industry forums to promote services.
Client Retention & After Sales Service:
- Ensure high client satisfaction by improving aftersales support and service delivery.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance customer experience and retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing/Sales/Business Administration or equivalent.
- 10+ years in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in solar/renewable energy, EPC, or industrial services.
- Proven track record in corporate tie ups, contract negotiations, and revenue growth.
- Strong network in energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
- Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
