We're building the category-defining brand for business debt. Recur Club is India's first AI-native debt marketplace, reimagining how businesses access capital. We empower founders by connecting them directly with lenders through a technology-first, agent-driven ecosystem that removes friction from the traditional debt process. Our platform leverages AI to automate underwriting, match businesses with the right capital partners, and drastically reduce turnaround time.

When a founder, CFO, or lender thinks about debt capital or a business loan, we want them to instinctively "Think Recur, when They Think Debt."

You'll work directly with the Founder and lead a lean, high-impact team of 4. You'll own the outbound growth engine end-to-end - from account selection to revenue impact - using a mix of ABM, large-scale list creation, sales enablement, and AI-native personalised nurturing journeys.

This is not a brand-only role. You'll be accountable for pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue influence.

What You'll Do:

1. Own the full-funnel outbound growth engine

- Run and optimise the entire outbound funnel - account selection, engagement, nurturing, and conversion.

- Own targets across ABM performance and pipeline influence.

- Design automated, scalable journeys while keeping storytelling, tone, and brand voice deeply human.

2. Build and operate large-scale outbound programs

- Create and manage high-quality outbound lists using research, scraping, enrichment, and segmentation.

- Partner closely with Sales and the Founder to ensure outbound marketing drives qualified opportunities and revenue, not vanity metrics.

- Continuously refine ICPs, personas, and account prioritisation.

3. Lead scoring, routing, and conversion optimisation

- Design and own a lead-scoring and prioritisation engine across inbound and outbound.

- Ensure the right leads reach the right sales reps at the right time.

- Work with Sales to improve follow-up speed, messaging relevance, and conversion rates.

4. Use AI as a force multiplier (not a gimmick)

- Apply AI to scale personalised nurturing, research, and account intelligence.

- Use AI workflows for content repurposing, personalised messaging, video snippets, and lead enrichment.

- Constantly experiment with AI tools to improve efficiency, relevance, and response rates - while keeping quality high.

You might be a fit if:

- You bring 4+ years of B2B marketing experience (fintech is a plus) and have owned revenue-linked KPIs, not just campaigns.

- You're comfortable operating across brand, content, demand generation, and sales enablement, and can balance long-term brand building with short-term pipeline impact.

- You actively use AI as a productivity and leverage tool - for research, content creation, and nurturing - while keeping strategy, judgment, and creativity firmly human-led.

- You enjoy working hands-on with founders, product, and sales teams in a fast-moving, high-ownership, early-stage environment.
