Job Requirements :

- Excellent and proven experience in leading and managing Export as well as Domestic Automobile Parts Sales

- Ability to motivate, guide, and align Sales Teams with Management objectives

- Supporting HOD in implementation of Annual Business Strategy

- Strong Market Intelligence and Market Strategy planning skills

- Conducting Periodical Sales Reviews and Performance Monitoring

- Accounts Receivable (AR) Monitoring & Receivable Management

- Daily coordination with teams regarding operational issues

Qualification:

- Engineering Graduate with Management Qualification

- 20-25 years of relevant experience in Parts Sales with reputed Automotive Organizations

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience handling large teams and high-turnover business accounts
