
The AV Head will lead Audio-Visual business nationally, with full ownership of P&L, strategy, operations, and business expansion. This leadership role will drive growth of the enterprise AV collaboration portfolio, strengthen OEM partnerships, and ensure excellence in large-scale AV project delivery across regions.
The role will act as a key interface between enterprise customers, OEM partners, and internal sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Own national AV business strategy, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Expand AV footprint across enterprise accounts and new geographies.
- Work closely with Sales and Presales teams to drive solution-led selling.
- Identify new AV technologies, offerings, and market opportunities.
P&L & Operational Leadership
- Full ownership of topline, margins, and cost optimization.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of AV projects nationwide.
- Track project profitability, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency.
Team Leadership
- Lead multi-location AV delivery and operations teams.
- Build strong technical capability through training, certifications, and OEM enablement.
- Drive performance culture with clear KPIs, reviews, and accountability.
OEM & Vendor Management
- Manage strategic relationships with AV OEMs (Jabra, Sony, Panasonic, JBL and similar).
- Oversee AMC delivery, escalations, RMAs, and service performance.
- Drive joint GTM initiatives, demos, and enterprise workshops with OEM partners.
Client Engagement
- Act as senior escalation point for enterprise customers.
- Participate in key customer reviews, solution discussions, and post-sales engagements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain visibility on project status, risks, escalations, and improvement plans.
- Present regular business and operations reviews to leadership.
Desired Profile
- 12-15 years of experience in enterprise AV business / collaboration solutions / system integration.
- Strong exposure to AV portfolio management, large project delivery, and P&L ownership.
- Proven experience leading national or multi-location teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AV technologies (VC, audio, displays, control systems).
- Experience working with global OEMs and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics / IT / Engineering or related discipline.
- MBA is a plus.
